ORDER RELATED
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After you place your order, we will send you an email confirming your order, if you have mentioned your email ID.
We will also send you a Whatsapp message confirming your order details.
PAYMENT METHOD
You can complete the order choosing "Offline Payment". Once we receive your order, we will get in touch with you and guide you to complete payment via Gpay, Paytm, Online Transfer or COD.

SHIPPING
We charge a very basic shipping fee of 50/- approx per garment Pan India.
SHIPPING TIMELINE
The products will take 5-7 days for dispatch usually. Under some unforeseen circumstances, we may take little more time, however we will update you if such a case arises.
CHANGE OF SHIPPING DETAILS POST ORDER
Yes, you can change the delivery address or contact number for your order delivery, till the time your order has not been dispatched by us. You can get in touch directly with us on Whatsapp.
RETURN RELATED
RETURN
Returns are accepted only if the garments is not customized. Each order is eligible for return only once. Shipping for the return package will be deducted @80/- Pan India. In case of any manufacturing defect, return charges won't be applicable. Refund will be done in the form of store credits only.
*Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products.
EXCHANGE
Our garments are made with ample margin inside (2-4 inches) and slight sizing issues can easily be corrected. However, if you want us to alter the size, 1 size up or down, we will be happy to help. The courier charges both ways will be borne by you.
